Stephanie Lampkin is the founder & CEO of Blendoor, enterprise software that uses augmented intelligence and people analytics to mitigate unconscious bias in hiring. She has a 17-year professional career in the tech industry founding two startups and working in technical roles at Microsoft, Deloitte and TripAdvisor. Stephanie is also the founder of Visible Figures: a private network of venture-backed Black womxn founders. She holds a BS in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. Stephanie Lampkin, TEDx speaker and former downhill ski racer, has graced the cover of The Atlantic, Fortune 40 under 40, MIT Tech Review 35 under 35 and Forbes to name a few. Sasha Dingle, a freeski and mountain bike athlete, and daughter and granddaughter of Vietnam War refugees. Sasha has competed on the Freeride World Tour and the Enduro World Series, and been featured on RedBullTV, Salomon FreeskiTV, ESPN, Powder, SkiMag and more. Sasha is a Fulbright scholar and Founder and Director of Mountain Mind Project

Born and raised in metro-Detroit Michigan, Sheena Dhamsania moved to Wyoming a decade ago where she commenced her career in music teaching and performing. Her first musical experiences burgeoned, however, through movement as a disciple of classical and folk East Indian dance as a youngling. Sheena is the recipient of Teton County Teacher of the Year award, and is voted a Best of Jackson Hole musician. Her band was featured and on tour with the 2017 Quicksilver snowboarding film, Depth Perception. When Sheena is not teaching or playing music, you can find her mountain biking, snowboarding, or backpacking her way all around the Tetons. Her mission is to use music and movement in the mountains as a medium to blossom inclusive belonging in the outdoors. Interweaving her roots in Hindu drones, Lo-Fi soundscapes, and Motown harmonies with explorations in different genres she has learned along the way, Sheena expresses her music with authentic and eclectic intention

Samantha “Sam” Ramirez-Herrera is the Founder of Offtharecord (OTR), a creative content agency that addresses topics regarding feminism, economic justice, immigration, reproductive justice, LGBTQ rights, and mental health in communities of color. Sam has appeared on @msnbc’s Hardball with Chris Matthews as well as in Forbes, Mundo Hispanico and Afropunk. When Sam was 7-years-old, her parents moved their family from Mexico City to the United States, seeking a better life. As an undocumented immigrant, she grew up in the shadows, working hard to get ahead while at the same time fearing the possibility of discovery and deportation. Sam has a deep connection with the outdoors and has recently started playing in the snow.

Anna Tedesco is a passion driven athlete, Icelandic skier chasing the best snow and wind around the world. She was born and raised in New York State and received a degree in the tech industry from the University of Utah. After a few months working for the man in downtown Boston, she quickly realized this was not the life cut out for her, built a home on wheels and chose to live a life filled with adventure. Over the years she has built an incredible community of like minded individuals around the world thanks to outdoor adventure sports such as skiing, paragliding, kiteboarding, and mountain biking

Leah Woods is an indie/folk & soul singer songwriter from Upstate New York. She uses her music as a way to travel and see the world This past year she toured the United States as well as Europe not only playing shows but scouting out the perfect lines on the mountain, finding the perfect surf spots and getting lost in the cities on her skateboard. Each of her performances is unique to the next, each place brings on different inspiration, sometimes solo, sometimes with other musicians. No matter where she is or who she is playing with in the world Its her goal to transport you to the clouds and back again to show you her perspective

Missy Cashman is an entrepreneur, an entertainer and a constant work in progress. Missy Cashman is a former radio host on kiss FM and news anchor on CBS Montana. She is also a Level 3 snowboarding instructor and a DJ for local and international events. In 2019, she started an auctioneering business with her sister, The Auctionisters

Carly Jo grew up in Wisconsin with three brothers, a cowboy dad, and an artist mother. She graduated college in Pre-Med, but secretly saw her entire biology career in art: the lines of equations and shapes in anatomy illustrations were moving to her. After college, Carly moved to the mountains where she mentored with artists + photographers, taught adaptive ski/snowboard lessons, and eventually spent winters running the local Special Needs ski program (Small Champions). It gave her life. Those kids make her laugh, cry, and create color in her head. They single-handedly inspired her to become an artist - something she thought was never possible.
 
The athletes and families taught Carly that through hard work and heart, anything is possible. She was magnetized back to the drafting table; would ski instruct all day and draw all night, slowly selling small pieces and photographing her first ski events (Burton US Open, Go Pro Games). She moved to Minneapolis to mentor with Taylor Tupy, a fashion photographer now in NYC. Photography has fortunately taken her worldwide and she is grateful to specialize in destination weddings. Carly has never been able to choose just one medium; they all push and inspire the next piece. Currently, Carly's painting and woodburning studio is based in Big Sky, MT (winters) – where she teaches skiing at the Yellowstone Club - and Bruce, WI (summers) and she is honored with every opportunity to photograph, create, and work with Special Olympics skiing. She now donates about one piece a month to a family, hospital, or organization in need. Everyone needs some color in their life! 

She hopes to evoke a sort of full-hearted happiness through art

Francesca was born and raised in Crested Butte Colorado. She is the daughter of world-renowned swiss mountain guide and fellow Yellowstone Club ski instructor, Jean Pavillard, and Professor Mary Cain. She made her competition debut while attending the Crested Butte Academy and went on to take several junior titles, including: 3 time winner of the Crested Butte Extremes, Open Class USASA Skier Cross Champion and the Junior World Telemark Champion. Western State Colorado University, gave her the opportunity to spend my college years studying and competing. During her time at Western she was able to prove herself in the Freeride Scene. Her most notable achievement was winning the overall Subaru Freeride Series. This qualified her in the top spot for the Swatch Freeride World Tour, leading to three amazing years traveling and competing around the world. Skiing has led her to so many great challenges and experiences. It will always be a part of her and is her true passion. Francesca is a Level III PSIA ski instructor and currently resides in Bozeman, Montana and ski coaches at the Yellowstone Club. She is the star of Warren Miller’s Face of Winter.
