Professional Ski Instructors of America is the entry ticket to an exciting career as a professional ski instructor. In 2020, Women of Winter sponsored 6 BIPOC women to attend an alpine level 1 prep course and exam.

Our annual speaker series highlighted women carving their own paths in the mountains and in life. Featuring 4 BIPOC women, we had speakers and musical performances and went into the work that the Women of Winter team worked on during the 2021-2021 winter season.

In partnership with the Mountain Mind Project, we offered scholarships for a 3-Month Mindfulness Training Package with Sasha Dingle. Mountain Mind Project Mindfulness coaching uniquely pairs whole person coaching with the mental fitness training of meditation practice. Training the mind alongside coaching allows goals to deepen and evolve to levels far beyond what is viewed possible at the start.
